The Revised Concept Plan 1991 (CP’91) is plan for next stage of economy and people\u27s life in Singapore It is based on Town Planning Act and was made by Urban Redevelopment Authority. Master Plan consists of CP\u2791 and Development Guide Plans (DGPs). DGP is district detail plan of each 55 districts and DGPs of Central Area were firstly made. CP\u2791 titled ""Living the Next Lap"" includes goals, image of “Tropical City of Excellence"", development strategies of housing, natural environment, leisure, transportation and central area in 2000 in 2010 and in year X.
