Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vypracování návrhu bytového domu ve stupni projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby dle Vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb [1].
Součástí diplomové práce bylo vypracování dvou variant provedení suterénního obvodového zdiva. Ve variantě A je suterénní obvodové zdivo provedeno z tvárnic ztraceného bednění, ve variantě B je suterénní obvodové zdivo provedeno z tvárnic Heluz s výztuží Murfor proti zemním tlakům. Každá z variant obsahuje technologický postup, položkový rozpočet pro danou konstrukci a časový harmonogram prací.
Výsledkem diplomové práce je vypracovaný projekt ve stupni pro provedení stavby dle Vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb [1], dále pak porovnání vypracovaných variant a jejich vyhodnocení z hlediska časového a z hlediska nákladůThe aim of this diploma thesis was the elaboration of the design of a residential
building in the stage of the project documentation for the execution of the
construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation [1].
Part of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of two variants of the basement
perimeter masonry. In variant A, the underground perimeter masonry is made of
blocks of lost formwork, in variant B the basement perimeter is made of Heluz blocks
with Murfor reinforcement against ground pressures. Each of the variants includes
the technological process, the budget for the construction and the time schedule of
the works.
The result of the diploma thesis is the elaborated project in the stage of construction
according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on documentation of constructions [1], as
well as comparison of the elaborated variants and their evaluation in terms of time
