Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh způsobu komunikace center tísňového volání 112 se sluchově hendikepovanou osobou, který řeší nedostatky stávajících způsobu této komunikace. Práce popisuje fungování center tísňového volání 112, hodnotí stávající možnosti komunikace sluchově hendikepované osoby a popisuje jejích nedostatky. Obsahuje návrh efektivnějšího způsobu komunikace, pomocí komunikačního schéma. Tento způsob komunikace je popsán, včetně příkladu teoretické komunikace mezi osobou žádající o pomoc a centrem tísňového volání 112. Dále definuje technické požadavky, potřebné pro realizaci komunikace a nutné předpoklady pro praktickou implementaci. V závěru jsou shrnuty možné problémy, které by mohly při tomto způsobu komunikace nastat.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design a method of communication of the emerency call center 112 with hearing a defective person who solves the shortcomings of current ways in this communication. The thesis describes the operation emergency call centers 112, evaluating existing communication possibilities with hearing a defective person and describing their shortcomings. The thesis includes design for a more efficient way of communication by the communication scheme. This way of communication is described, includes an example of theoretical communication between the person requesting assistance and the emergency call center 112. It further defines the technical requirements needed for the realization of the communication and the necessary prerequisites for the practical implementation.
