PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) BERBASIS EKSPERIMEN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN ANALISIS KONSEP ENERGI PANAS DAN BUNYI (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada Kelas IV SDN di Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017)

Abstract

Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) Berbasis Eksperimen untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Analisis Konsep Energi Panas dan Bunyi (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada Kelas IV SDN di Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017). Skripsi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan analisis konsep energi panas dan bunyi siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdapat dua pertemuan terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes, observasi dan wawancara. Validitas data menggunakan validitas isi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, nilai rata-rata siswa pada kondisi awal adalah 65,78 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 35,72%. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 68,51 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 53,57%. Selanjutnya pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat lagi menjadi 70,96 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 82,14%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) berbasis eksperimen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan analisis konsep energi panas dan bunyi siswa kelas IV SD Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Use of Learning Model Group Investigation (GI) Experimental Based to Improving Analyze Ability Warm and Sound Energy Concepts (A Classroom Action Research on Fourth Grade of State Elementary School at Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2016/207). The objective of this study is to improve analyze ability of warm and sound energy concepts at fourth grade of Elementary School. This Research was a Classroom Action Research which was held in two cycles. There were four stage in each cycle, which was planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were the teacher and students of fourth grade that consisted of 28 students. The data collection techniques were in test, observation and interview. The validity of data used contents validity. Data analysis was done through qualitative data analysis. The results of the research showed, it was known that the mean scores of the students in the primarly conditions was 65,78 with the percentage of classical completeness of 35,72%. In cycle I, the mean scores of the students increased to 68,51 with a percentage of classical completeness of 53,57%. On the cycle II, the mean score of students increased to 70,96 with the percentage of classical completeness of 82,14%. Based on the results of research can be concluded that use of learning model of Group Investigation (GI) experimental based could improve the analyze ability warm and sound energy concepts on students at fourth grade of State Elementary School at Surakarta in the academic year of 2016/2017.
