ANALISIS AKUSTIK MULTILOKAL RESONAN PADA SILINDER BERBASIS SONIK KRISTAL

Abstract

This research focused on laboratory testing of samples of cylindrical sonic crystals. This research as a purpose to find the coefficient of sound absorption, sound attenuation and sound transmission on the sonic crystals samples. Frequency range used from 80 Hz - 1600 Hz. Samples testing use the impedance tube method B & K 4206. Testing the sound of absorption coefficient uses two-microphone impedance tube method, while testing the sound attenuation and sound transmission using four microphone impedance tube method. Study emphasized on configuration structure and variations of angles θ (0° and 90°) and β (0°, 30°, and 45°) on samples of sonic crystals. The results of testing shows that the configuration of four sonic crystals have best absorption performance is above 0,5 at low frequencies, middle frequencies and high frequencies because each unit cylindrical sonic crystal behaves as a Helmholtz resonator with respect to increasing viscous damping mechanism with multilocal resonance absorption mechanism
