ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI MINAT MAHASISWA UNTUK BERWIRAUSAHA (Studi pada Mahasiswa Departemen Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro)

Abstract

This study have purposed to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education, risk tolerance, and freedom in the work of entrepreneurial intention in management department students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Diponegoro University. The population used in this study are management department students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Diponegoro University period 2012–2014 who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The Sampling method of the research were taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 100 students. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis with Classic Assumption Test, Descriptive Statistics Test, T Statistical Test, F Statistical Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The result on this study indicate that entrepreneurship education have positive significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Risk tolerance have no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Freedom in the work have positive significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The results from this study that freedom in the work is the most influence independent variabel to dependent variabel (entrepreneurial intention) by Statistical T-Test. While risk tolerance is the most uninfluence independent variable to dependent variable (entrepreneurial intention) by Statistical T-Test
