Advanced millimeter-wave radar modules for helicopter landing aid

Abstract

Miniaturized millimeter-wave radar modules working at 94 GHz enable advanced helicopter landing aids.These modules make use of the 100 nm metamorphic HEMT technology developed at Fraunhofer IAF.
