By using survey data from a study currently taking place at a Boeing facility, this research explores the effects that work skills have on people\u27s family lives. The responses were overwhelmingly positive. Past studies emphasizing the importance of a supportive supervisor and positive relationships with family were supported as was the concept of isomorphism or similarity of behavior patterning at work and at home.
