In 1948 the term "information" sprang from the literature world, and was adopted in the logic world. Concurrently and by chance, C. E. Shannon constructed a historic quantitative information formula, "information entropy" [144], whiile N. Wiener proposed a new science, "Cybernetic" [167], based on control and communication. In addition, computers invented by J. von Neumann developed an engineering area of "information", and a highly information-oriented modern society was established. As a result, today, we have a variety of information mixed in confusion. Going back to the basic of information processing, we recognize the exsitence of the supreme information processing machine. Man is this machine.
