Abstract

A family correspondence written by Allen Cameron\u27s Brother Walter from Springfield, Massachusetts. Among others, he informs Cameron of his job in U.S. Armory; theft of one thousand dollars by a former Brother Spooner of Hampden Lodge (Masonic?) in Springfield Massachusetts; and relates his interest in the completion of the Trans-Atlantic Cable. One entry: dated September 9, 1866. Handwritten; 1 folded sheet (4 p.); 20 x 25 cm. folded to 20 x 13 cm. Related envelope postmarked September 10, Springfield, Mass. Addressed to: A.F. Cameron Esq.
