ResumoPropõe-se com este trabalho uma leitura crítica da obra de Carolina Maria de Jesus, com especial destaque para Quarto de Despejo e Diário de Bitita, na intenção de recuperar o que argumenta Jean Franco sobre o gênero literatura de testemunho enquanto luta pelo poder interpretativo.
