From the recruiting district commissariats, which where in Carniola and Styria entrusted to certain land authorities and towns, and were founded for the needs of the recruiting system (from 1777 on), gradually developed the general distriet authorities. In Carinthia functioned as recruiting distriet commissariats the regional law-courts and larger domains. In Gorica and Gradišča regions worked in that funetion the jurisdictions, which were concentrated in 1788. A little different system of the administrative districts (but stili on the basis of the delegate-system) occured after 1814 on the territory of the former Illyrian Provinces, where the distriet authorities held also the jurisdiction; after 1835 they were gradually overtaken by the state into the direct administration.Iz nabornih okrajnih komisariatov, ki so jih na Kranjskem in Štajerskem poverili določenim zemljiškim gospostvom in mestom in so jih ustanovili za potrebe nabornega sistema (od leta 1777 dalje), so se postopoma razvila splošna okrajna oblastva. Na Koroškem so kot naborne okrajne komisariate izbrali deželska sodišča in večja obgradja. Na Goriškem in Gradiškem pa so se naslonili na jurisdikcije, ki so jih leta 1788 koncentrirali. Do nekoliko spremenjenega sistema upravnih okrajev (a še vedno na podlagi delegiranja), je prišlo na ozemlju bivših Ilirskih provinc po letu 1814, kjer so okrajne gosposke združevale tudi sodstvo in jih je po letu 1835 vse bolj prevzemala država v neposredno upravo
