Abstract
In the paper the author first describes the evolution of the s.c. second or supplementary nationalization of industrial enterprises in the PR of Slovenia, then analyses the causes for the delay of the authorities in value estimation and registration of nationalized property in land registers, and explains that the delay led to inadequate compensation for nationalized property.
Avtor v razpravi najprej oriše potek t. i. druge ali dopolnilne nacionalizacije industrijskih podjetij v LR Sloveniji, nato pa analizira vzroke zaradi katerih je oblast zavlačevala z ocenjevenjem in vknjiženjem nacionaliziranega premoženja in na ta način odstopila od izplačevanja v zakonu predvidenih odškodnin
