Abstract
The author endeavours, on the basis of archive material, to shed light on the process of nationalization of private commercial companies in Radovljica, Bled and Bohinj regions in the years between 1946 and 1948. Apart from the nationalized companies and their owners, data is given on the estimation of nationalized property before and after May 1948. This is followed by a description of the process of the transformation of private companies into statal companies of the socialist type, as well as the negative consequences that the mentioned process inflicted on the economy.Avtor poskuša na podlagi arhivskega gradiva osvetliti proces nacionalizacije zasebnih gospodarskih podjetij na območju Radovljice, Bleda in Bohinja v.letih 1946 in 1948. Poleg nacionaliziranih podjetij in njihovih lastnikov so navedeni podatki o cenitvah nacionaliziranega premoženja pred in po maju 1948. Sledi opis procesa preobrazbe nacionaliziranih zasebnih podjetij v državna podjetja socialističnega tipa in negativnih gospodarskih posledic, ki jih je ta proces povzročil
