W artykule przedstawiono dokumentację procesu pielęgnowania noworodka w środowiskowej opiece zdrowotnej, pomocną we wczesnym wykrywaniu zagrożeń zdrowia dziecka oraz określono rolę położnej rodzinnej w opiece neonatologicznej. Celem artykułu było zapoznanie położnych i rodzin podopiecznych z procesem pielęgnowania noworodka podczas wizyt patronażowych, zrozumienie znaczenia tych wizyt dla rozwoju dziecka na poziomie rodziny oraz ukazanie obszarów szczególnej troski do prowadzenia poradnictwa i edukacji w środowisku. The article presents records applied in newborn care in the community and helpful in the early detection of risks to child’s health. Additionally midwife’s role in care over prematurely born children was described. The aim of this article is to present the process of care of the newborn during home visits, to enable understanding of their importance to the child’s development on the family level as well as presentation of the areas of special concern requiring further consultancy and education in the community.
