La oficina de Infraestructura de la Alcaldía Mayor de Tunja se busca la mejor forma de intervención a los problemas y proyectos presupuestados para el periodo actual, de la mano con estudios previos e investigaciones se logra la selección de acuerdo al criterio costo-beneficio. De esta manera se realiza el apoyo en proyectos en el proceso de diseño con las herramientas informáticas AutoCAD y Excel para generar el presupuesto mediante los precios unitarios de la Alcaldía y la Gobernación de Boyacá actualizados al año 2017.
Para el segundo semestre del año 2017, los proyectos más importantes en intervención de la Alcaldía de Tunja fueron el Plan Bicentenario, el complejo deportivo del municipio de Tunja, la rehabilitación de los colegios Inem Carlos Arturo torres y Jorge Eliécer Gaitán de Tunja, y la vía doble calzada río Jordán. Donde todos los anteriores fueron intervenidos en su etapa de diseño.
En todos los proyectos anteriormente mencionados el proceso se realizó en tres partes, primero se realizó una visita de campo observando la zona a intervenir y las posibles soluciones, seguidamente se realizó una reunión en la oficina de infraestructura asignando la magnitud del presupuesto, y por último se realizó el presupuesto mediante APUs dependiendo de la distancia y los ítems seleccionados.
De acuerdo a lo anteriormente expuesto, la pasantía consistió en realizar el diseño y/o el presupuesto de los cinco proyectos mencionados, a partir de la información suministrada.The Infrastructure Office of the Mayor's Office of Tunja seeks the best way of intervention to the problems and projects budgeted for the current period, hand in hand with previous studies and research is achieved the selection according to the cost with the benefit.
