This scientific work comprehensively analyzes the phenomenon of ectopic pregnancy (ectopic pregnancy) - that is, the development of a fertilized egg outside the uterus. Especially since this condition is dangerous for women's lives, the importance of its early diagnosis and effective treatment is explained with scientific grounds. The study describes in detail the factors that cause the occurrence of this pathology (infections, inflammations, damage to the fallopian tubes, hormonal disorders), clinical symptoms (abdominal pain, bleeding, weakness), diagnostic methods (ultrasound, hormonal tests, laparoscopy), and modern conservative and surgical treatment methods. Special attention is also paid to the rehabilitation process after ectopic pregnancy, the restoration of the psychological state in women, and preventive measures to prevent recurrent ectopic pregnancy. The work presents important conclusions for medical practice using clinical cases as an example, and highlights the urgent issues of early detection of the disease and maintaining women's reproductive health
