The system gathers a set of HP model high quality measuring devices, the measurements of a large set of electrical parameters can hence be achieved automatically. In addition, a set of MATLAB routines have been implemented to extract SPICE model parameters of a large set of passive and active electronic components. This allows more accurate results to be obtained from simulation of electrical circuits.
