This article addresses the concept of sin in the homiletic work of St. Augustine, Enarrationes in Psalmos. The author presents the Great Doctor of the Church’s teaching on original sin – the guilt of Adam, who committed it – and the impact of these events on all of humanity. The paper also highlights Augustine’s teachings on personal sins, emphasizing the Bishop of Hippo’s concern for every sinner and his pastoral commitment to the conversion of those who give themselves over to evil and iniquity.Przedmiotem artykułu jest zagadnienie grzechu w homiletycznym dziele św.
