Psoas abscess is a rare clinical entity. Rarely, it is associated with thrombosis of the inferior vena cava. This report is of a 36-year-old woman with bilateral pyogenic psoas abscesses with spondylodiscitis complicated by thrombosis of the inferior vena cava.
