Sommario. Il romanzo di Denevi \u2018'Rosaura a las diez" \ue8 stato definito da Fernando Alegr\ueda \u201cla mejor novela policial que se ha escrito en lengua espa\uf1ola (...)\u201d. Anche "The Moonstone" di Wilkie Collins \ue8 stato considerato da T. S. Eliot nella sua famosa introduzione al romanzo: \u201cthe first and greatest of English detective novels\u201d, ed aggiunse che fu anche \u201cthe longest\u201d nel suo genere. In effetti, ambedue vengono considerati dei romanzi gialli, ma la loro classificazione all\u2019interno di questo genere non sembra del tutto appropriata. In nessuna delle due c\u2019\ue8 una vera attivit\ue0 investigatrice ed inoltre nel romanzo di Marco Denevi il poliziesco non esiste affatto. Ci sono soltanto le versioni degli ospiti della pensione in cui \ue8 avvenuto un delitto, un delitto il cui movente non sar\ue0 rivelato al lettore. Tuttavia, \u2018The Moonstone\u2019 di Collins costituisce il modello per \u2018Rosaura\u2019: simili sono la trama ed il processo di enunciazione. In questo lavoro, dunque, cercheremo di evidenziare le somiglianze e le differenze tra le due opere.
Resumen. La novela "Rosaura a las diez" del escritor argentino Marco Denevi ha sido definida por Fernando Alegr\ueda: \u201cla mejor novela policial que se ha escrito en lengua espa\uf1ola (...)\u201d. Tambi\ue9n la novela de Wilkie Collins "The Moonstone", ha sido considerada por T.S. Eliot en su famosa introducci\uf3n a la novela: \u201cthe first and greatest of English detective novels\u201d, y a\uf1adi\uf3 que fue tambi\ue9n \u201cthe longest\u201d en su g\ue9nero. En efecto, ambas se consideran novelas policiales pero su clasificaci\uf3n dentro de este g\ue9nero no parece muy apropiada. En ninguna de las dos hay una verdadera actividad investigadora y adem\ue1s en la novela de Denevi lo policial no existe en absoluto. Hay s\uf3lo las versiones del los hu\ue9spedes de la pensi\uf3n en que ocurri\uf3 un delito; un delito cuyo m\uf3vil no se revelar\ue1 al lector. Sin embargo, "The Moonstone" de Collins constituye el modelo para "Rosaura": la trama y el proceso de enunciaci\uf3n.
Abstract. Denevi\u2019s novel \u201cRosaura a las diez\u201d was defined by Fernando Alegr\ueda as \u201cla mejor novela policial que se ha escrito en lengua espa\uf1ola (...)\u201d. \u201cThe Moonstone\u201d of Wilkie Collins, was considered by T. S. Eliot in the well-known introduction to the novel: \u201cthe first and greatest of English detective novels\u201d, and he added that it was also \u201cthe longest one\u201d of that kind. Both of them are considered detective novels, even though their inclusion in this literary genre does not seem appropriate. In none of them there is a true detective activity and besides in Marco Denevi\u2019s novel there are no police characters, there are only the version of facts of the guests of the pension where the murder happened, a murder whose \u2018motive\u2019 will not be revealed to the reader. Collins\u2019 \u201cThe Moonstone\u201d was a model for reference for \u201cRosaura\u201d: the story and the enunciation process are similar, thus this paper analyses the similarities and differences between the two novels
