Trabalhos reprodutivos e de cuidado: Mudanças e permanências na invisibilização e precarização da vida de mulheres migrantes em Ijuí/RS e as violações de Direitos Humanos
This research investigated European and Latin American woman immigrant lives in two groups of analisys: women who migrated to Ijuí/RS in 20th century and women who moved in the 21st century; in order to envision the execution of reproductive and care work not only in the family space, but also in the public space, through the perception of remuneration. The research aimed to create a feminist, anti-capitalist, decolonial, intersectional study, based on biopolitical theory. To prepare the work, which has a qualitative nature, the deductive method was used, with the following procedural techniques applied: bibliographical; documentary technique, with assistance from the Anthropological Museum Director Pestana; and finally, it applies the field research procedure technique, based on a semi-structured questionnaire, conducting interviews with immigrant women. The results obtained show that women who moved in the 20th century did so by male choice, being passive in making the decision to migrate. In comparison, women who migrate in the 21st century do so because they intend to change their living conditions and that of their offspring, ratifying the phenomenon of feminization of migration. Venezuelan women suffer from prejudices of racism and xenophobia, mainly due to markers of race and class, performing reproductive and care activities as a gateway for them into the job market and acquiring a double character in the working day. The great permanence identified by the research is that domestic work still falls to women with the support of the legitimacy that patriarchy attributed to them, using concepts such as love and mothering as intrinsically feminine attributes, making women responsible for carrying out these tasks within the private space, without remuneration and without giving visibility and importance to this work as it is the basis for the capitalist production chain to continue rotating.Esta pesquisa investigou a vida de imigrantes femininas europeias e latino-americanas diante de dois grupos de análise: mulheres que migraram a Ijuí/RS no século 20 e mulheres que se deslocaram no século 21, a fim de vislumbrar a execução de trabalhos reprodutivos e de cuidado não só no espaço familiar, mas também diante do espaço público, mediante o percebimento de remuneração. A pesquisa visava a criar um estudo feminista, anticapitalista, decolonial, interseccional, amparando-se na teoria biopolítica. Para a confecção do trabalho, que detém cunho qualitativo, utilizou-se do método dedutivo, tendo como técnicas de procedimentos aplicadas a bibliográfica e a técnica documental, com auxílio do Museu Antropológico Diretor Pestana; e, por fim, aplica-se a técnica de procedimento de pesquisa de campo, pautando-se em questionário semiestruturado, realizando entrevistas com mulheres imigrantes. Os resultados obtidos mostram que as mulheres que se deslocam no século 20 o fazem por escolha masculina, sendo passivas na tomada de decisão do ato migratório. Em comparação, as mulheres que migram no século 21 o fazem porque intentam modificar suas condições de vida e da prole, ratificando o fenômeno da feminização das migrações. As venezuelanas padecem sob preconceitos de racismo e xenofobia, principalmente por marcadores de raça e classe, desempenhando atividades reprodutivas e de cuidado como porta de entrada para essas no mercado de trabalho e adquirindo um caráter duplo na jornada laboral. A grande permanência identificada pela pesquisa é que os trabalhos domésticos ainda recaem às mulheres, com respaldo na legitimidade que o patriarcado lhes atribuiu, utilizando-se de conceitos, como o amor e a maternagem, como atributos intrinsecamente femininos, tornando as mulheres responsáveis pela execução dessas tarefas dentro do espaço privado, sem remuneração e sem conferir visibilidade e importância a esse labor à medida que ele é a base para que a cadeia produtiva capitalista continue girando
