Structured Questionnaires were administered to occu-pants of prefabricated buildings and interviews were conductedwith the professionals in the building industry. Statistical Packagefor Social Sciences (SPSS version20) was used to analyse the dataobtained from the questionnaires. The variables were rankedbased on Relative Importance Index (RII) calculation. Data collectionData was obtained from building professionals involved in the construction of precast concretestructures and 60 questionnaires were distributed to occupants of already constructed precastbuildings in Lagos state. Data was also collected from secondary sources which include informationfrom published journals, articles and thesis [1–12].2.2. Data analysis and presentationData collected from the questionnaires administered to respondents were analysed and presentedas follows.
