Application progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine specialized nursing techniques in the treatment of myopia in adolescent patients (中医特色护理技术在青少年近视患者治疗中的应用进展)

Abstract

Myopia in adolescents not only affects their studies and lives, but also generates economic burdens. Nowadays, there are various ways to treat myopia, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing techniques have been increasingly used due to their simplicity, safety, and effectiveness. This paper summarizes the clinical application status of TCM nursing techniques such as Tuina, auricular acupoint pressure, moxibustion, Guasha, needle-embedding therapy, and combined therapy in the treatment of myopia in adolescents, aiming to provide more references for clinical intervention. (青少年近视不仅影响其学习效率与生活质量, 还因矫正费用、定期复查及潜在并发症治疗而给家庭和社会带来沉重经济负担。当前近视干预手段繁多, 但中医特色护理技术凭借简便、安全、无创伤、不良反应小、疗效确切等优势, 已获临床广泛认可与应用。本研究就推拿、耳穴贴压、灸法、刮痧、揿针及多模式联合疗法在青少年近视治疗中的研究现状进行综述, 旨在为构建可操作、可推广的绿色外治方案提供循证参考。
