Nursing of a lung cancer patient with radiation dermatitis after chemotherapy treated with external application of Xiaoluo powder Jinhaung ointment combined with auricular acupoint pressing (消瘰散金黄膏外敷联合耳穴压豆治疗肺癌化疗后放射性皮炎1例护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the practice of external application of Xiaoluo Powder Jinhaung ointment combined with auricular acupoint pressing and nursing measures for a lung cancer patient with radiation dermatitis after chemotherapy. Based on the nursing assessment and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, external application of Xiaoluo powder Jinhaung ointment combined with auricular acupoint pressing were carried out to relieve the pain and improve the recovery of skin injury. (本文总结1例消瘰散金黄膏阶梯式外敷联合耳穴压豆治疗放射性皮炎的护理实践经验。基于护理评估以及中医辨证施护, 实施消瘰散金黄膏阶梯式外敷联合耳穴压豆治疗, 辅以情志疏导与皮肤应急处理, 可有效缓解疼痛、改善焦虑并加速皮损修复, 为肺癌放疗后放射性皮炎提供了可借鉴的中医外治思路。
