Comprehensive nursing management of mesenteric venous thrombosis after induced labor in a patient with thrombophilia (1例易栓症引产术后合并肠系膜静脉血栓患者的综合护理)

Abstract

This paper reports the nursing management of mesenteric venous thrombosis after induced labor in a patient with thrombophilia. In consideration of the critical illness condition, comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out including: Assessing the risk of thromboembolism, strengthening the balance between anticoagulation and bleeding management, prioritizing management of acute pulmonary embolism, secondary prevention of deep vein thrombosis, and catheter-related infection control. In addition, syndrome differentiation-based nursing interventions, including external traditional Chinese medicine therapies and emotional regulation care were carried out. Through multidisciplinary collaboration and personalized nursing care, the patient's symptoms were alleviated, vital signs stabilized, and a smooth recovery and discharge were achieved, providing a referable pathway for the clinical nursing of similar rare and high-risk cases. (本文总结1例易栓症引产术后并发肠系膜静脉血栓患者的综合护理实践。患者病情危重, 护理人员动态评估血栓风险, 加强抗凝与出血平衡管理, 重点做好急性肺栓塞抢救、下肢深静脉血栓二级预防及导管相关感染控制, 同时辨证施护, 给予中医外治干预和情志调护。经多学科协作与个体化护理, 患者症状缓解、生命体征平稳, 顺利康复出院, 为同类罕见高危病例的临床护理提供了可借鉴的路径。
