Moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing treatment and nursing management for a patient with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type (艾灸联合中药膏摩治疗1例肝肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎患者的护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type who received moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine ointment treatment. Under the guidance of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation, the patient was given moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing. Integrative therapies and comprehensive nursing measures such as diet care, functional exercise, and emotional care were carried out to relieve the pain symptoms and improve the recovery of the knee joint function and quality of life of the patient. (本文总结1例肝肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎患者行艾灸联合中药膏膜的护理经验。护理全程以“辨证施护”为核心, 系统实施艾灸与中药膏膜联合干预, 并辅以个体化饮食调护、功能锻炼及情志疏导等综合措施。经干预, 患者的膝关节疼痛缓解, 膝关节活动度有所改善, 提高了患者的生活质量。
