Challenges to deal with the development of the industry resulted in the charges against the high performance of Human Resources (HR). Individual performance will increase as increase the individuals ability, there is the motivation of the individual and the support of his organization. Through training and motivation will improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is; (1) analyze the impact of training on employee motivation PT. TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia; (2) analyze the impact of training on employee performance PT. This study was a descriptive study using survey and to test the hypothesis used SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis technique which is operated through a program of Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL). The population in this study are all leaders who have been trained in TI-JI as many as 104 people
Based on SEM analysis results it can be concluded that the training give significant and positive impact on employee motivation. Improved training of employees will be able to obtain any increase employee motivation. TI-JI training by the company to the leader is able to increase the motivation of employees to work with enthusiasm, finish job on time and responsibility towards their job.
