Abstract
The goal of the research is to present international agreements regulating children’s rights. In order to complete the study, it was necessary to present the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Committee on the Rights of the Child. The paper also presents the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund, as well as the World Health Organization and documents representing the European perspective on the protection of children against harm.Celem podjętych badań jest zaprezentowanie umów międzynarodowych regulujących prawa dzieci. Dla realizacji celu badań koniecznym było pokazanie "Konwencji o Prawach Dziecka" oraz Komitetu Praw Dziecka. Przedstawiono również Fundusz Narodów Zjednoczonych na rzecz Dzieci i Światową Organizację Zdrowia oraz zaprezentowano dokumenty obrazujące europejską perspektywę w zakresie ochrony dzieci przez krzywdzeniem
