The use of NSAIDs has a maximum ceiling effect, the dose increase does not improve the therapeutic activity, but it increases the adverse effects; Irrational, continuous, and prolonged use produces toxic reactions. The purpose of this research is to present a natural alternative (oil of Moringa oleifera); in which the anti-inflammatory activity property attributed to the fatty acids present in the chemical composition was evaluated. So we have: Omega 3 (89.21%), Omega 6 (11.90%) being these which participate in the process of anti-inflammation. Five groups of seven albino mice OF-01 each, were made. With the help of a micropipette the phlebogen agent (2% croto oil) was applied to the right ear, causing inflammation (edema). Then, the different treatments were placed: Group (A) negative control without treatment with inflammation, (B) positive control (diclofenac), groups (C, D, E) treated with the oil in volume (ul): 20 , 40, 60 respectively. After four hours euthanasia was given to animals, the ears were cut and a 6 mm diameter disc was obtained from each one (right and left ear), finally these were weighed. At the end of the study the following average weights of the ears were obtained (right): (A) 12.49 ± 2.73; (B) 9.56 ± 3.19; (C) 9.41 ± 1.52; (D) 8.61 ± 1.27; (E) 8.86 ± 1.73. Average percentages of inflammation: (A) 96.65 ± 5.10; (B) 61.33 ± 17.30; (C) 60.69 ± 8.64; (D) 28.64 ± 13.38; (E) 34.15 ± 11.37.The percentage of inhibition (A) 0, (B) (36.54%), (C) (37.21%), (D) (70.36%), (E) (64.66%). There was a significant difference p <0.05 between groups, being that the group D of 4 mg (40 ul); it showed lower weight of ear (treated); percentage: lower inflammation, higher inhibition; existing a correlation between the variables with lower weight of the ears, less inflammation and higher percentage of inhibition
