Normal mixed difference matrix and the construction of orthogonal arrays

Abstract

We present the definitions of normal orthogonal array (OA) and normal mixed difference matrix and extend the mixed difference matrix method introduced by Wang (Statist. Probab. Lett. 28, 121).
