Abstract
Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, Felsefe ve Din Bilimleri Ana Bilim DalıTürkiye'deki uygulamaya göre, ilköğretim 1., 2. ve 3. sınıflarda Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi dersi yoktur. Bu ders ilköğretim 4. sınıftan itibaren başlamaktadır.Çalışmanın amacı bu uygulamayı hukukî ve ilmî boyutları ile ele almaktır.Bu çalışmada din eğitim tarihi, din psikolojisi, gelişim psikolojisi, eğitim psikolojisi alanlarından faydalanılmış ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur.According to the practice in Turkey, there is not the lesson of Religious Culture and Ethical Course in first, second and third grades in the primary school.
