Abstract
PDFPreservar la vitalidad de los dientes deciduos en paciente pediátrico es crucial realizando un correcto diagnóstico y elección de materiales para cada tratamiento de lesión pulpar vital o no. El enfoque de este estudio de caso se centra en realizar un exhaustivo diagnóstico para determinar el tratamiento para los siguientes casos, recubrimiento pulpar indirecto empleando el hidróxido de calcio gracias a sus propiedades remineralizantes, recubrimiento pulpar directo primero controlando el ligero sangrado y colocar un apósito biocompatible y por último una pulpotomía usando un material para controlar la hemorragia y la aplicación de un material biocompatible directamente sobre la pulpa expuesta, el BIODENTINE, que implica la regeneración de la pulpa coronal afectada este medicamento beneficiara a preservar la vitalidad de la pulpa radicular. Estas técnicas buscan mantener la integridad y función de los dientes temporales, evitando su exfoliación prematura y las consecuencias en el desarrollo dental y maxilofacial del infante.Preserving the vitality of deciduous teeth in pediatric patients is crucial by performing a correct diagnosis and choice of materials for each treatment of vital or nonvital pulp lesions. The focus of this case study is to perform a thorough diagnosis to determine the treatment for the following cases, indirect pulp capping using calcium hydroxide due to its remineralizing properties, direct pulp capping by first controlling the slight bleeding and placing a biocompatible dressing and finally a pulpotomy using material to control bleeding and the application of a biocompatible material directly on the exposed pulp, BIODENTINE, which involves the regeneration of the affected coronal pulp this medication will benefit to preserver the vitality of the root pulp. These techniques seek to maintain the integrity and function of the primary teeth, avoiding their premature exfoliation and the consequences in the dental and maxillofacial development of the infant
