Об'єкт проектування – кран козловий магнітний вантажопідйомністю 20 тон.
Мета проекту – спроектувати козловий магнітний кран вантажопідйомністю 20 тон та модернізувати його шляхом розробки механізму повороту платформи візка.
Виконано розрахунки механізмів підйому, пересування візка, механізму пересування крана. Інноваційна частина проєкту присвячена розробці механізму повороту платформи візка.
В технологічній частині проєкту проведено обробка кришки для редуктора козлового крану.
У розділі охорона праці були розглянуті норми та заходи з охорони праці під час експлуатації крана, а також розроблена ергономічна кабіна керування краном.
В графічній частині проекту виконано: п’ять складальних креслень основних механізмів та вузлів козлового крана, лист з технології обробки кришки редуктора, лист логістичної ділянки.Design object: a magnetic gantry crane with a load capacity of 20 tons.
The goal of the project is to design a magnetic gantry with a load capacity of 20 tons, and to improve the turning mechanism of the cart platform
Calculations of lifting mechanisms, trolley movement, trolley platform rotation mechanism, crane movement mechanism have been performed. The innovative part of the project is dedicated to the modernization of the magnetic trolley platform rotation mechanism, namely the introduction of an automatic positioning system and the selection of the most optimal system for this crane working with ferromagnetic loads.
The technological process is devoted to the processing of the part of the cover on the low-speed shaft for the reducer of the gantry crane.
In the section on labor protection, the norms and measures for labor protection during the operation of the crane were considered, and the ergonomics of the crane control cabin were created according to all the necessary points.
