Abstract
Розглянуто та узагальнено основні аспекти оренди невитребуваних земельних часток (паїв) та можливостей використання земельних ресурсів сільськогосподарського призначення. Досліджено організаційно-методологічні засади процесу оренди із розкриттям внеску додаткового джерела фінансування місцевих бюджетів. Визначено характерні показники, необхідні для вирішення проблем щодо раціонального використання земельних ресурсів, оперативного реагування на появу змін у середовищі їх функціонування.
(The basic aspects lease of the unsummoned landed stakes (shares) and possibilities to use the landed resources of the agricultural setting are considered and generalized. Researched organizational and methodologic principles process of lease with opening payment of additional sourcing local budgets. Certainly characteristic indexes, necessary for the decision of problems in relation to the rational use of the landed resources, operative reacting, on appearance of changes in the environment of their functioning.
