Abstract
Проведено аналіз сучасного стану іпотечного кредитування в Україні, дано характеристику діяльності Державної іпотечної установи. Визначено роль держави у сприянні розвитку іпотечних відносин на сучасному етапі. Зроблено пропозиції щодо перспектив розвитку іпотечного кредитування.
(Іn the article, the author analyses the current situation on the market of mortgage crediting in Ukraine. The activities of the State Mortgage Institution are characterized and the role of the State in promoting the development of mortgage relations is determined.
Suggestions are made concerning the prospects of mortgage crediting.
