Abstract
Аналіз головних етапів історії державотворення та сучасного державотворчого процесу в Україні залишається однією з важливих наукових проблем. У тексті методом ретроспекції виокремлено основні етапи державотворення в Україні. Порушується питання внеску М. Грушевського в розробку історії українського державотворення на основі аналізу його наукової спадщини. Окрім цього, М. Грушевський сам брав безпосередню участь у державотворчому процесі за часів Національно-визвольних змагань 1917-1921 років.
(The analysis is centred on the main stages of the history of state building and modern process of state establishing in Ukraine. According to the research, these remain to be the major priorities. In the analysis, the method of a retrospection has allocated the main creation stages of the state in Ukraine. The question of Mykhailo Hrushevskyi’s contribution to the development of the history of the Ukrainian state building based on the analysis of his academic heritage is raised. Besides, Mykhailo Hrushevskyi himself was directly involved in the process of state building at the time of the National liberation movement of 1917-1921.
