Експертні знання в кримінальному провадженні за новим КПК України та допит експерта в суді (The expert knowledge in criminal procedure under the new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and the expert’s questioning in court)

Abstract

Розглядаються нові шляхи використання спеціальних, зокрема, експертних знань в кримінальному провадженні за новим КПК України. Більш широко аналізуються умови, підстави та процедури прямого, перехресного та шахового допитів експерта в судовому розгляді. (The goal of expert’s questioning in court is usage of the expert knowledge in criminal procedure in form of conclusion. This questioning of the expert must have the same power as expert’s conclusion has in the criminal process system of the provements at a whole.
