Abstract
Розглядаються напрями вирішення реальних фінансових проблем іпотеки сільськогосподарських земель в Україні. Обґрунтовано необхідність прийняття низки змін до законів України.
(On the basis of studying the present stage of formation of the market of grounds of agricultural in Ukraine the ways of possible settlement of real financial problems of mortgage of the credit are demonstrated. Necessity pass the series changes of laws of lease land are grounded.
