The authors present a series of nine patientswith cancer of the upper biliar 'convergen ce(Klatskin tumors). They underwent surgerybetween 1984 and 1997. Tumors were total/yresected including two, three or tour biliarconducts. In three cases right hepatectomywas a/so performed.
