Il lavoro riporta i dati di un questionario dedicato allo stato dell'arte della relazione banche-pmi nel distretto industriale di Nocera Inferiore anche alla luce del nuovo framework regolamentare sul capitale (Basilea 2) e delle teoria della pragmatica della comunicazione umana (Scuola Paolo Alto, Watwlawick), dei sistemi autopoietici (Maturana e Varela (1988) e dei sistemi sociali (Lunhmann).The objective of this work is to conjugate the assumptions of the theory of complex systems with the empirical analysis conducted on banks and SMEs in the District of Nocera Inferiore - Gragnano. In this perspective, the work provides a key to understanding the relationships between firms and financial intermediaries in the area concerned, as well as reflections on the prudential supervision framework (Basel 2)
