Abstract
Chemical composition, apparent digestibility, degradability of dry matter and crude protein in the rumen at 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours after incubation, and the effective degradability of crude protein and nutritive value were established in deep frozen grass and in silages, made from unwilted grass, unwilted grass conserved with 0.4 % EnsimaxÒ , and wilted grass. When fresh unwilted grass (201 g per kg DM) was ensiled very carefully in 1 m3 silos, no significant differences in chemical composition, degradability, apparent digestibility and nutritive value were observed in comparison to silage conserved with EnsimaxÒ . Silage from wilted grass was significantly less digestible and had 17 % less digestible crude protein (DCP), starch equivalent (SE) and NEL (MJ) per kg DM compared to silage from unwilted grass.Ugotavljali smo kemično sestavo, navidezno prebavljivost, razgradljivost suhe snovi in surovih beljakovin v vampu pri 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 24 in 48 urah inkubacije ter efektivno razgradljivost surovih beljakovin in hranilno vrednost za zmrznjeno travo in za silaže, narejene iz neovele trave, iz neovele trave, konzervirane z 0.4 % Ensimaxa, in iz ovele trave. Po zelo natančnem konzerviranju sveže trave (201 g/kg SS) v 1 m3 velik silos v silaži ni bilo opaziti statistično značilnih razlik v kemični sestavi, razgradljivosti, navidezni prebavljivosti in hranilni vrednosti v primerjavi s silažo, konzervirano z Ensimaxom. Silaža iz ovele trave je bila v primerjavi s silažama iz neovele trave statistično značilno slabše prebavljiva in je imela za 17 % nižjo vsebnost prebavljivih surovih beljakovin (PSB), škrobnih enot (ŠE) in NEL (MJ) na kg SS
