KEMIČNE IN ORGANOLEPTIČNE LASTNOSTI MEDU MEDONOSNIH ZELIŠČ NA PODROČJU SLAVONIJE IN BARANJE

Abstract

The ecologic surrounding of Slavonia and Baranja is rich with honey-giving flora, which makes the development of the bee-keeping possible. The honey, as a bee-product gets ever more and more the importance as a nutrition article and also as a medical subastance. In this aim we have analized the content of honey by the Organoleptic and Chemical way. The honey quality, with its properties (colour, smelt and taste) and also by the (content of Proteins, sugars and other parameters) corresponds with its quality with the norms of the Rules of Republic of Croatia and the European union.Slavonija in Baranija sta bogati z medonosnimi rastlinami, kar omogoča čebelarstvo. Med vse bolj pridobiva na pomenu kot prehrambeni in medicinski proizvod, zato smo se odločili za kemično in organoleptično analizo medu. Kakovost medu glede na barvo, aromo, okus in vsebnost beljakovin, sladkorjev in drugih sestavin ustreza kakovostnim normam, ki jih predpisuje Republika Hrvaška in Evropska unija
