Fecondazione artificiale omologa: l'aspetto ginecologico

Abstract

Authors consider the evolution of pregnancies reulting from homologous artificial insemination. Because any literature about this problern ins't, the Authors address their attention to the gynaecologist's assistance during such a pregnancy. The, Authors think that the features of these pregnancies can be synthetize into the foilowing conditions: 1) greater frequency of early abortions; 2) pregnancy's pathology superposing on an average of normal, pregnancies; 3) need of a correct evaluation of al fetal parameters; 4) management of labour and delivery wilhout obstetrical risk
