Abstract

Compulsive behaviors are relatively frequent complications of Parkinson’s disease (PD).1 Risk factors for compulsive behaviors in PD include novelty-seeking personality traits, depressive symptoms, young age, and cumulative dose of dopaminergic drugs, in particular dopamine agonists (DA).
