The \X/egener's granulomatosis (WG) is a peculiar neuotizing uasculitis owing to its preference in the upper and low respiratory tract and, occasionally, in the kidney Its typical lesions are those of a uasculitis with granulomatous m6sses associated with necrotized areas ad the otorhinolaryngeal district is particularly inuolued in this pathologt.
