Abstract

研究論文紹介Xpert MRSA/SA BC「セフィエド」は，陽性になった血液培養液中にMRSA が存在する場合，１時間以内に同定可能である．当院での使用成績を評価した結果，100 例中99 例で正確な結果が得られ，早期の適切な抗菌薬選択に役立つことが推察された．一方，1 例はMRSA と同定されていたが，血液培養液のサブカルチャー後に分離されたのは，MSSA とメチシリン耐性コアグラーゼ陰性ブドウ球菌だった．したがって，頻度は低いものの，MSSA とメチシリン耐性遺伝子保有細菌が混合する場合，MRSA と誤同定される可能性があることが明らかになった．othe
