Land is one of the main capital for the nation of Indonesia and
a key element in development towards its formation
a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
Humans also have different types of needs that start different
from boards, clothing, and food. The need of a board in this case is
the need for housing. Human relationship with the earth is not
just a place for people to live, but the earth for humans
is a place where people can live with
how to use the earth as well as that is with
utilizing the natural wealth contained therein or which
there is the surface of the earth which is the gift of God Almighty
to man. (Ramli Zein, 1995: 1).
Therefore the author will discuss about the Process
Acceleration of Land Registration for Acceleration of Registration
Complete systematic land in Kabupaten Cirebon, as well as what factors are
become obstacles in the implementation of PTSL (Land registry sitematis
complete) and how to overcome it and anticipate it.
In connection with the issue, this final project aims to
know the implementation of the process of acceleration of land registration in order
acceleration of complete systematic land registration in Cirebon district.
The method used in this final project is the method
qualitative. The technique is obtained from interviews and literature study.
Data collection using the technique of taking informants by the way
purposive sampling, the informant is Mr. Ir. Binsadar,
as Head of Public Affairs and Personnel Affairs and Mr. Ir. Arista
Adiyanto, as Head of Measurement and Mapping and head of the PTSL team.
The results of the research show that the reality in the field
many of the plots of land that have not been input or mapped
where the land is not yet registered in the national land agency
and have weak legal force. Moreover the constraints are on
face by society that is economic factor, with existence of this activity,
