The Fractal Variogram Analysis as General Tool to Measure Normal and Altered Metabolism States and the Genetic Instability: An Application to the Case of the Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma
We discuss a new methodology that uses the Fractal Variance Function, the Generalized Fractal Dimension, the Fractal Measure and the Probability Distributions in the framework of a variogram analysis in order to characterize normal and altered states of the biological dynamics.
