Theory of Cognitive Relativity Interconstruction and its operational Three-Layer Recursive Architecture

Abstract

This study proposes the Theory of Cognitive Relativity Interconstruction (TCRI) and its operational Three-Layer Recursive Architecture (Root-Stem-Canopy), addressing core epistemological tensions in metacognition [A1,A2,B2]. TCRI posits three fundamental constraints on cognitive agency: 1) The Law of Agentive Dissipation (L1): Prerogatives of the Root Layer (intuitive fragments/cultural imprints) trigger Cross-Layer Direct Projection to the Canopy Layer, dissipating agency through Recursive Layer Transposition — operationalizing the deconstruction of Cartesian subjectivity (Descartes,1984); 2) The Law of Remedial Autophagy (L2): Remedial intentions are captured by the Stem Layer under Pseudo-Reflexivity constraints (manifesting Gödelian incompleteness [A4,B5]), transforming repair attempts into recursive resources for systemic reflexivity, echoing Luhmann’s paradox reproduction (Luhmann,1995); 3) The Law of Meta-Awareness Hierarchization (L3): Canopy Layer reduces meta-awareness to To-be-Validated Imprints, demonstrating evolutionary equivalence between cognitive depth and systemic reconstruction — resolving Kantian antinomies through operational hierarchy (Kant,1998). Conversely, the Architecture provides empirical validation: Reflexivity (via Root/Stem-State Shifts) instantiates L3; Bidirectional Recursion materializes L1’s dissipation; Fractal Isolation incorporates Bourdieuian habitus (Bourdieu,1977) as irreducible cognitive substrates. Free Will is deconstructed as tension between Root Layer prerogatives and Canopy Layer’s provisional rules, while theoretical limits undergo systematic incorporation via Tandem Conductivity. This interconstruction reveals cognition’s essential dynamism: speculative freedom necessitates agency dissipation (L1), repair reinforces systemic reflexivity (L2), and metacognitive insight equals reconstructive intensity (L3) — a framework transcending the perception/cognition dichotomy noted by Merleau-Ponty (Merleau-Ponty,2012)
